Announcement Concerning Today’s Orlando Show

For refunds on ticket and ticket + album bundles, all tickets and ticket + album bundles purchased through ticketmaster will automatically be refunded. Again, we are currently working on scheduling a make-up show and will keep you informed as things develop.

For M&G Upgrades, if a refund is needed, please reply back to the email you were sent and we will process it. Again, we are currently working on scheduling a make-up show and will keep you informed as things develop. So if you want to wait on the rescheduled date to see if you can still attend before submitting for a refund, you are ok to do so and then you can attend the rescheduled date once announce, we will simply transfer your upgrade to the new date. You will still need to purchase a show ticket to attend the new date though, once announced.

For M&G Perks, your perk of M&G will transfer over to the rescheduled date once we have it. Once that date is announced, if you can no longer attend, please reply back to the email you were sent to let us know so we can remove you from the M&G list.
