Canada 2012 M&G Names

Holy hell- tour starts again tomorrow! Please read and follow this to a T so that we can get lists processed and finalized as soon as possible. All dates have been posted.

If your name is posted to the Shows/ Events page as qualifying for Meet & Greet on any of the Canadian 2012 Tour dates AND you have a 2, 3 or 4 next to your name, we need you to let us know the name(s) of the ACTIVE Hustlers going in under all of your pre-sale purchased tickets. AND MAKE SURE TO LET US KNOW. Do this is by filling out THIS form. Enter all info as it asks. For email address- use the address that was used when you purchased your tickets. For guest(s)- input the first and last name PLUS username of the person(s) going in under the extra pre-sale tickets you purchased. If it is a parent is escorting you, please note that. If you do not complete the form by the deadline specified below, you will be awarded just one spot for yourself.

Deadlines to fill out THIS form are as follows:
For 2/11, deadline is today (sorry) Thursday, February 9th at 11:59pm EST.
For 2/13 and 2/14, deadline is Friday, February 10th at Noon EST.
For 2/16 through 2/29, deadline is Sunday, February 12th at 11:59pm EST.

These deadlines are going to be very strict as I will be traveling the better part of next week. There is no need to fill out the form for show date 2/9.

If your name is posted to the Shows/ Events page as qualifying for Meet & Greet on any of the Canadian 2012 Tour dates AND you have a 1 next to your name, do nothing. You're good and will get instructions once these lists are finalized.

DO NOT not complete the form if your name is not listed for these dates and DO NOT complete this form for any other dates outside of these Canadian dates.

PLEASE make sure to read ALL of the info on THIS sign up page BEFORE filling out the form. Do not fill out the form if you purchased only one ticket- we already have your name. Please note- When we ask for name plus username, it's for a reason. We need both pieces of info. When we ask you to not fill out the form if you only purchased one ticket for yourself, under your name, it's for a reason. It will take less time to review all the lists and get everything in order if everyone just takes a second to read.

As always- Access to this M&G is exclusively for active members of The Hustler Club and your accounts will need to be active at the time of the show in order to participate in these perks. Parents/ Guardians are the ONLY exception, should you need to be escorted. If a parent will need to escort you- make sure to note that in the form!

And for those of you going to dates 2/20 on, I shall see you on the road! Oh, annnd if anyone can find and bring me a bottle of Shady Maple Farms Thick N Rick Organic Maple Syrup with the green top, I will love you forever... and will gladly pay you back. Just can't find it here anymore and it's my favorite.
