Fourth Round of M&G Names

Here we go, please read me - this only pertains to you IF your name is now posted as qualifying for M&G on any of the dates in between April 28th through May 6th- and only these dates. Make sure to hit 'Read More' when looking at your date to see the full list of names. Please please read and follow this to a T so that we can get lists processed and more names posted as quickly as possible.

Deadline to fill out THIS form:
For the dates 4/28 through 5/06 is Monday, April 18th at Noon EST.

If your name is posted to the Events page for Meet & Greet on the Dirty Work Tour dates between 4/28 and 5/06 AND you have a 2, 3 or 4 next to your name, we need you to let us know the name(s) of the ACTIVE Hustlers going in under all of your pre-sale purchased tickets. AND MAKE SURE TO LET US KNOW. How you're going to do this is by filling out THIS form. Enter all info as it asks. For email address- use the address that was used when you purchased your tickets. For guest(s)- input the first and last name PLUS username of the person(s) going in under the extra pre-sale tickets you purchased. If it is a parent is escorting you, please note that. If you do not complete the form by the deadline specified below, you will be awarded just one spot for yourself.

If your name is posted to the Events page for Meet & Greet on the Dirty Work Tour dates between 4/28 and 5/06 AND you have a 1 next to your name, do nothing. You're good and will get instructions once these lists are finalized.

We will post Early Entry names once the Meet & Greet names are finalized.

PLEASE make sure to read ALL of the info on THIS form BEFORE filling out the form. Do not fill out the form if you purchased only one ticket- we already have your name. Please note- When we ask for name plus username, it's for a reason. We need both pieces of info- and it must be of an active member so if your guests membership has expired, ask them to quickly renew. When we ask you to not fill out the form if you only purchased one ticket for yourself, under your name, it's for a reason. It will take less time to review all the lists and get everything in order if everyone just takes a second to read. This is not a signup- do not fill out this form if your name is not posted. That's all- nothing personal.

Important-
An Active Hustler does NOT mean a Hustler whose account is expired or the name of someone who is not at all a member. You will lose a spot for submitting either of these.
If you are going to email or message with a question concerning M&G or EE, we suggest including the date of the show in which you are referring to. Makes things a lot easier to reference.
