You can now fill out the form to pick M&G or EE for your Roadshow date! Go to the Events section and submit the form!

BUT ONLY IF your name is listed on the Events page under one of the Roadshow dates and ONLY AFTER reading all of the details above the form and detailing each section of the form.

If names are not listed for your date just yet, hold tight and keep checking back. Once that date is sold out and the names are posted, you can proceed to filling out the form.
