MAY Future Hearts Tour Early Entry Names and Form

Please note MAY dates through May 21st are posted.

If your name is noted on the Shows/Events page as having Early Entry and you have a 2, 3, 4 or 5 next to your name, please complete this form to let us know the usernames of the Hustlers entering early with you. In qualifying for these spots, should your guests not yet be Hustlers, they may join now in order to take advantage of this perk with you. Non members will not be allowed to enter early- this is a Hustler perk- and will need to go to the back of the line after the signing, entering with the general public. Failure to complete this form by the specified deadline will result in you being allotted only one spot- for yourself- and there will be no exceptions at the door. Each person must be ready to show ID when being let in for early entry.

The deadline to complete this form for ALL MAY dates through the 21st is SUNDAY, April 26th at 10pm ET.
