Renewal Posters

We just completed the latest round of renewal poster personalizations and hope to see them shipping soon. It has been brought to our attention that the renewal lists which are being pulled for us in order to personalize the posters are no longer 100% accurate. We are trying to figure out why and how this is happening so that we can get posters to the correct renewing members. Because of this, there may be some first year members who receive the renewal poster. The renewal poster is not part of the first year package.. this is an error in the way the list is being pulled. Again, we hope to sort this as soon as possible. As with any issue we encounter, your patience is truly appreciated.
