Signups for Japan Headline Dates

For our Hustlers attending the following dates and the following headline dates ONLY- please signup for Meet & Greet now! You have until 23:00pm JST on Thursday, September 15th to do this.

09.18.11 Bay Hall - Yokohama, Japan   
09.20.11 Big Cat - Osaka, Japan

If you already have a ticket to attend any of these shows, please complete THIS form before 23:00pm JST on Thursday, September 15th. There will be no guests permitted. Each Hustler must sign up for themselves. If a guardian is needed to escort, you must note that on your signup. Just please make sure to complete the form before 23:00pm JST on Thursday, September 15th.

Meet & Greet Details:
Access to M&G is exclusively for active members of The Hustler Club. Parents are the ONLY exception, should they need to escort you. There are a limited number of spots available.

Fill out this form completely and correctly. You may notice a choice of M&G or EE on the form but ONLY M&G is available. All Hustler accounts will need to be active at the time of the show in order to participate in these perks. We will post names to Events and send instructions once these lists are finalized. We apologize for this being very last minute.
